- Drive sales to achieve individual sales target
- Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager
- Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with
- Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner
- Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager
- Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients
- Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer
- Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications
- customer service and selling skills are preferred
- You have strong knowledge of food service industry and proven leadership abilities.
- You are customer-focused, highly analytical and multi-tasking to work in a high volume and
- You are able to create an environment embracing the IKEA values and diversity of co-workers
