1. Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct safety training and orientation for new employees as required.
  • Perform regular safety inspections and walk-throughs of operations and company premises on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory safety and compliance reports to relevant government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.
2. Security & Facility Coordination
  • Oversee and coordinate daily security guard operations to ensure workplace safety.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance activities and follow up on repair or maintenance issues as required.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance for air-conditioning systems on a quarterly basis.
  • Arrange and coordinate annual crane inspections and ensure proper documentation.
3. Employee Welfare & Engagement
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities, including:
  • Annual mid-year town hall meetings.
  • Annual company outings and year-end activities.
  • Welfare Committee meetings held quarterly.
  • Coordinate communication and logistics related to employee engagement programs.
4. CSR & Company Activities (Corporate Social Responsibility)
  • Coordinate and support annual CSR initiatives in line with the company's approved CSR calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of CSR activities.
5. Administrative Support Services
  • Arrange weekly fruit distribution for employees as part of welfare support.
  • Coordinate annual company license renewals and hazardous activity licenses with relevant authorities.
  • Manage pest control services on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate employee shuttle van transportation operations as required.
6. ISO & Environmental Support
  • Maintain and update ESG data within the ESG Navigator system on a quarterly basis.
  • Support ISO certification maintenance annually and re-certification processes every three years.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Green Industry Level 3 requirements every two years.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in EHS, Administration, Facility Management, or Compliance-related roles.
  • Experience working with ISO standards (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) or environmental compliance is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with government authorities for regulatory reporting is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of ESG reporting, CSR activities, and environmental standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
