- Perform end-to-end OTC activities including billing, issuance of credit/debit notes, and cash application.
- Monitor AR balances and support collection of overdue payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices and payment allocations.
- Prepare and reconcile OTC-related month-end closing schedules, including AR aging, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and manual adjustments.
- Review and ensure correctness of revenue postings, credit notes, and AR transactions in the system.
- Ensure all OTC activities comply with accounting standards, internal controls, and international trade regulations.
- Prepare recurring OTC operational reports, including AR aging, cash collection performance, and outstanding balances.
- Serve as a key contact for overseas customers regarding billing, payments, and dispute resolution.
- Handle and support internal and external auditing.
- Identify ineiciencies in the OTC workflow and recommend actionable improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or related functions
- Accounting background or work experience in accounting is an advantage, especially for month-end closing activities.
- Good understanding of OTC processes and relevant accounting principles.
- Experience working with overseas entities or international clients is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication with overseas stakeholders.
