- Perform consulting engagements providing practical and value-added recommendations to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
- Analyze business processes, identify risks and evaluate internal control effectiveness in line with Governance, Risk Management and Control (GRC) principles.
- Work collaboratively with relevant business units and cross-functional teams while continuously developing professional knowledge and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in Assurance Services at least 1 year of experience in Advisory, Consulting, Process Improvement
- Strong understanding of internal control, operational process risk according to
- Strong consulting mindset and proactive with ability to provide practical and value-added recommendations.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA would be an advantage.
- Ability to use SAP, Data Analytics Tools to analyze data.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytics, self-motivation and willing to learn.
- Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
