Bangkok, Phayathai【Job Description】
- Contact customers for the necessary documents for export declaration (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Check the details of documents.
- Book sea freight & truck according to requested schedule.
- Issue invoice to customer after job completed.
- Prepare payment to sub-contractor (submit documents to Account Department).
- Others work as assigned by superior.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics or other fields related.
- Have knowledge or experience on export declaration document preparation would be an advantage.
- Have knowledge about export procedure would be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Detailed-oriented person.【Allowance & Benefit】
