- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar support role.
- You have a knowledge of Thai labor laws, local regulations, and standard HR and payroll procedures.
- You master the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable using Odoo, or demonstrate a willingness to learn it.
- You are fluent in Thai and have professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
- You have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a positive and collaborative environment.
