Finance Process Specialist/Assistant Manager/Manager (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Be comfortable in executing VSMs and Kaizens independently. Be conversant with the latest trends in process improvement leveraging AI/ML and GenAIData Analysis & Insights:
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, root causes (using lean methods), and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and process health.Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support and/or lead cross-functional projects with finance, product, tech and business teams independently, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication.Automation & Technology Enablement:
Create macro-based solutions and/or collaborate with technology teams to automate manual processes using RPA, workflow tools, and other digital solutions.Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance. Be conversant with BPMN standards & tools of process documentationQuality & Controls:
Identify and support the implementation of internal controls and quality assurance measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.What You'll Need to SucceedTechnical & Functional SkillsExperience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologiesSolid understanding of finance operations processes (OTC, PTP and RTR).
