Supplier Quality Engineer

• Handling complaints, and managing engineering services at multinational companies.
• Providing high-quality services to meet customer and partner's expectations.
• Being constantly following the customer requirements, and being a professional customer and partner representative.
• Planning, managing, and monitoring activities, and motivating and evaluating subordinate's performance.
• In case of quality problems at the host, ensure efficient preparation and start up the mission to resolve the issue.
• Managing product supervision, and following up on break points.
• Supporting the QMS to ISO9001 requirements.
• Coordinating incoming inspection workflow setup (WI & records).
• Coordinating calibration control workflow set-up (WI & records).
• Managing final inspection flow design and adjusting for chemical MFG & instrument MFG.
• Setting up document controls, registering, verifying and uploading the related documents into the system.
• Setting up in-process control workflow.
• Creating internal process audit flow design and implementation for Chemical MFG, and Instrument MFG.
• Creating SPC control for Chemical MFG, Weight fill & Removal torque monitoring, QC result (Functional test) monitoring (Control Chart).
• Creating ESD control for Instrument MFG.
• Supporting the RCA for the quality issue from the customer complaint.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering Mechanical or (Automotive, Production, Industrial and Electronics).
• At least 8 years of Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1-2 supplier) 3+ years.
• Quality-related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5Why).
• Technical knowledge (able to read part drawings, general knowledge about parts functions in car/motorcycle).
• Knowledge and experience in FMEA, Control plan, APQP, Quality Tools, and OEE.
• Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
• Quick problem-solving skills.
• Good organizing, managing, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and Audit experience.
• Have a Car and be able to travel and work abroad (Rayong).
• English communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading).
