Job Description :Responsibilities :Source, pre-screen, interview, and onboard Globish coaches for both online and onsite products.Replace underperforming coaches as needed to maintain sufficient teaching supply and maintain quality standards.Maintain and grow segmented coach pools (e.g., online, onsite, B2B) to support current and future operational needs.Recruit and onboard online assessors to support GECB operations and government projects.Manage and assign assessments to assessors, ensuring fair workload distribution and timely completion.Review and quality-check assessments with inconsistent scoring; provide follow-up training to improve assessor performance.Oversee end-to-end assessment processes including troubleshooting issues, publishing results, creating partner batch IDs, generating student accounts, and uploading assessment data.Summarize assessor compensation data and coordinate with the Finance & Accounting team to process payments in line with the company’s cutoff cycle.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Arts, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, education coordination, or related roles (EdTech experience is a plus).Strong communication skills in English (B2+), both written and spoken. (At least 800 Toeic score required)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple recruitment and operational pipelines simultaneously.Detail-oriented with the ability to review and QC work.Basic understanding of assessment logic and fairness principles (e.g., rubric-based evaluation).A problem-solving mindset with flexibility to handle urgent issues and ad hoc tasks independently.Basic understanding of assessment logic and fairness principles (e.g., rubric-based evaluation).Able to work collaboratively across teams (Coach Management, L&D, Finance) and with external partners.
