Job Description:We are looking for the new member to join our PDPA team.Job Summary:Supporting client organizations and the DPO team in navigating new personal data protection regulations (PDPA), trends, and risks. This includes ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, providing VinarcoPDPA consulting services, and assisting the DPO team with client project operations.Position: Associate DPO ConsultantType of Hiring: PermanentWorking: Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 6 PMLocation: Lumpini Tower Rama 4 Rd Bangkok | near MRT LumpiniKey Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct ROPA (Records of Processing Activities) for the client/organization.
Complete personal data flow discovery and mapping.
Give advice and recommendations to the client about the interpretation or application of

the PDPA. * Support in planning and scheduling client PDPA compliance projects.

Support in correspondence with client regarding PDPA compliance projects.
Works closely and provide full support to DPO Team as required.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
0-1 year of proven experience as a business development, account management

and related roles. * Logical Thinking and Problem Solving

Customer service
Presentation Skills
Good Command of English and Thai
Ability to interpret laws and regulations
