  • Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit & Collections.
  • Strong ERP (SAP) and advanced Excel skills; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or Thailand equivalent).
  • Ability to negotiate, resolve disputes, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Self-driven, assertive, and capable of working independently in a team environment.
  • Positive, calm, and focused when handling challenging situations.
