- Own the regional budget, providing variance analysis and proposing corrective actions to maximize efficiency. Partner with department heads to ensure alignment between budget allocations and operational needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks, safeguarding company assets through robust internal controls. Capitalize on emerging financial opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Bridge the gap between finance and other departments (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure financial goals support the organization's broader objectives. Provide financial insights and guidance to empower informed decision-making across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Adept in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, meticulous, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
