Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quantity and interim payment submitted by the Contractor - Communicate and discuss the estimates with Contractors - Endorse the monthly interim payment to the Employer - Prepare for Quantity take-off for As-built Quantity - Checks and standardize all methods of measurement for the derivation of quantities before costing - Claim variation order claim - Other tasks as assigned
ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน
- ประเมินปริมาณและการชำระเงินระหว่างกาลที่ผู้รับจ้างส่งมา - สื่อสารและหารือเกี่ยวกับการประมาณการกับผู้รับเหมา - รับรองการจ่ายเงินระหว่างกาลรายเดือนให้กับนายจ้าง - เตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการถอดปริมาณสำหรับปริมาณที่สร้างขึ้น - ตรวจสอบและสร้างมาตรฐานวิธีการวัดทั้งหมดเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งปริมาณก่อนการคิดต้นทุน - อ้างสิทธิ์การอ้างสิทธิ์ในการสั่งซื้อรูปแบบต่างๆ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in any engineer field - At least 5 years of experience in quantity survey - Basic level of English (Have an interpreter) - Auto CAD 2D/3D skills - Good command of English skill (internal report, email)
Preferable Skill / Experience

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ทุกสาขา - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการสำรวจปริมาณ - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (มีล่าม) - ทักษะ Auto CAD 2D/3D - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (รายงานภายใน, อีเมล)
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันที ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : พื้นฐาน ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS บางนา เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:00 น.
