- Draft, collate, and maintain employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS for new hires and existing employees, ensuring data integrity and timely updates
- Support HR workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Assist with payroll-related administration and coordinate with relevant teams as needed
- Provide basic recruitment support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Coordinate and prepare governmental and regulatory paperwork in a timely manner
- Oversee general office maintenance and ensure a well-functioning work environment
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general administration and/or HR operations
- Bilingual in English and Thai (written and spoken) is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
- High sense of discretion and data confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail with a patient and data-sensitive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build effective working relationships across teams
