Business Analyst, Banking or Insurance experienced, THB 100K

• Conduct detailed analysis of banking processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and management to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for banking projects and initiatives.
• Analyze data related to banking operations, customer transactions, and financial performance to derive actionable insights.
• Evaluate existing banking systems, applications, and technologies to assess their suitability and effectiveness in meeting business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the testing and validation of banking systems and software to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to business users, including training and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the banking sector.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
• Familiarity with banking products and services such as loans, deposits, payments, and securities.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the banking sector.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or relevant banking certifications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools is preferred.
