- Drive new business growth by generating sales for both existing customers and prospect new customers aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver product demonstrations and consultative solutions to operations and shipping managers across industrial sectors.
- Strategic Account Management, maintain and cultivate relationships as well as cross-selling opportunities with key accounts, supporting local and group-level initiatives.
- Manage territory priorities and customer strategies to enhance efficiency and customer intelligence.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related fields.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management from Chemicals, Industrial, 3rd Party Logistics Providers businesses and any related fields.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse customer needs, negotiate contracts and drive strategic account growth.
- Excellent communication, hunter mindset, relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
- Hands-on understanding of product applications, compliance standards, and value-based selling in industrial environments.
- Fluent English communication.
