  • Our client is a leading global Equipment Industry for all industries and businesses. Currently, they are seeking a highly talented Demand and Planning Supervisor based in Bangkok.
Job Description
  • Analyze sales, market trends, seasonality, and input from sales teams to build accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to align forecasts with business goals.
  • Apply forecasting techniques and identify data irregularities or inconsistencies to improve accuracy.
  • Monitor and evaluate forecast performance, adjusting plans as needed based on market conditions or customer behavior.
  • Create regular demand planning reports and dashboards to support key business decisions.
  • Lead and contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply strategies.
  • Work closely with inventory and sales planning teams to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid overstock or shortages.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance forecasting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Math, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain management, or a related field within the electronic or construction material industry.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes and principles.
  • Proficiency in capacity planning tools and software. (e.g., SAP or Oracle is a plus.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse audience.
