- Manage cash flow planning, treasury activities, and liquidity monitoring
- Handle day-to-day banking operations and maintain banking relationships
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Produce monthly reporting packages for the CEO and parent company
- Monitor and analyse variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing commentary on key movements
- Coordinate the annual budget and periodic forecast preparation
- Act as the primary finance interface with the parent company on accounting, reporting, and financing topics
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as directed by the CEO
- 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation (TFRS/IFRS)
- Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key trends and variances
- Proven ability to work with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) for parent company interaction
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and international parent entities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred)
- Previous experience at a Big 4 professional services firm
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
