- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of wealth banking clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide tailored financial advice and solutions across a range of wealth management products including investments, insurance, foreign exchange, and lending.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions, client risk appetite, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and superior client experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and client-centric approach.
- Possession of relevant financial advisory licenses/certifications (e.g., Investment Planner, Insurance Agent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
