It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Summary**Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions and ensuring exceptional client service.Job Responsibilities**
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of wealth banking clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide tailored financial advice and solutions across a range of wealth management products including investments, insurance, foreign exchange, and lending.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions, client risk appetite, and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and superior client experiences.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
Job Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and client-centric approach.
  • Possession of relevant financial advisory licenses/certifications (e.g., Investment Planner, Insurance Agent) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
