【Company Overview】A leading manufacturer of printed packaging materials for food, beverage, and personal care products. The organization operates advanced production lines equipped with gravure printing technology and follows international management standards in quality, environment, and occupational health & safety. Its packaging systems support major consumer brands through material development, application machinery, and prepress services.【Qualifications】

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
English: Internal conversation level (TOEIC 500+)
Japanese: Not required
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the packaging industry
Direct experience in shrink sleeve packaging is highly preferred
Experience in shrink sleeve, flexible packaging, film materials, or related industries
Presentation and negotiation skills
Advantageous: export sales experience; manufacturing industry background
Knowledge of packaging materials (film/plastic), logistics, and export procedures

【Responsibilities】

Achieve annual sales targets and manage assigned budgets.
Develop new business opportunities, projects, and a consistent sales pipeline.
Manage sales performance, profitability, and growth for assigned customer accounts, product lines, and applications.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales service to customers.
Analyze costs, pricing structures, and sales performance.
Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare sales reports, market status updates, and competitor activity summaries.
Perform other duties as required as part of the sales team.
