Manager IT-Operations (Phuket Onsite 100%)

• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT Consulting in Thailand in close cooperation with the Director IT Consulting in Thailand and the Software Developer Managers of the global Software Developer teams.
• Continuing the recruiting and formation of additional Software Developer and strengthening collaborations with local universities
• Foster collaboration between the global Software Developer teams (e.g. Germany) and Thailand
• Development and coaching of your employees (including annual meetings, participation in promotion conferences, etc.)
• Tracking KPIs (e.g. Utilization bonus)
• Participation in the further development and rollout of the global one Proalpha Software Developer processes, especially focusing on updates
• Further strengthen the new technologies and tools at the employee level, e.g. (Proalpha Extensibility, ray, Aramis@ITC, ServiceNow, BCS) and participate in the KVP process

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Minimum 5 years of management experience as a team lead, and fun building and managing international teams (already completed management training is a plus)
• Excellent written and oral command of Thai, and good command of English is a must. German language would be a plus.
• Sovereign handling of critical customers and situations
• Outstanding social and communicative competence as well as a creative and solution-oriented working method
• The abilities and traits that help individuals in managerial roles effectively guide and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing team members' skills and knowledge through coaching and mentoring is essential for long-term success.
• Able to address and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong human skills in management such as adaptability and problem-solving ultimately ensure that you bring efficiency to the team.
