Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work primarily in the production line environment, following safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
Operate and maintain vacuum deposition equipment, performing chamber conditioning, process optimization, and recipe development under engineering supervision
Perform thin film characterization using analytical techniques such as Ellipsometry, X-ray Reflectivity (XRR), and Raman Spectroscopy to evaluate film properties and process quality
Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities
Gather and summarize experimental data to support process decisions. Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
Identify process risks and issues proactively. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure experiment continuity
Support the development and validation of new process conditions and deposition recipes to improve film quality and process efficiency

Maintain experiment schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Communicate progress clearly and follow up on deliverables

Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Physics or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge or coursework in vacuum technology and thin film deposition principles
Able to work on-site in a production/cleanroom environment

PREFERRED:

Hands-on experience or laboratory coursework with thin film deposition systems (e.g., sputtering, HIPIMS, cathodic arc, or ion beam systems)
Knowledge of thin film characterization techniques such as Ellipsometry, X-ray Reflectivity (XRR), and Raman Spectroscopy
Understanding of vacuum systems, pumping mechanisms, and gas delivery systems
Familiarity with data analysis for experimental data processing

SKILLS:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good level of English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate experimental results
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Eager to learn and adaptable to fast-paced production environment
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
