- Develop and manage Quality Assurance systems to ensure product quality in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Lead and supervise QA team to control quality of raw materials, sheet metal processes, and finished products
- Establish and improve inspection and testing processes (Incoming, In-process, Final) to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools (SQC) to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve process performance
- Manage internal audits, external audits, and customer audits to ensure compliance with quality systems
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality, including sheet metal parts, coating, and components
- Approve product quality before shipment and handle customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of repeat issues
- Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to management
- Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a managerial r
- Experience in sheet metal or metal product manufacturing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical quality control (SQC) tools, with strong problem-solvi
- Good communication and leadership skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to read engineering
