Sales application engineer (Chinese speaking)

• Identify and develop new customers, including contractors, system integrators, consultants, and project owners
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable CCTV and fire alarm solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and cost estimations
• Support sales team in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and technical feasibility
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (sales, project, and service) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Follow up on project progress, quotations, and closing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security product and systems industry
• Experience in both technical support and sales/applications engineering is preferred
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and basic network infrastructure
• Ability to design system layouts and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Able to travel upcountry when required
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and Chinese (HSK 5 or above)
• Have car and driving license
