Achieve daily recruitment goals and KPIs to support the hiring process.
Screening applications and gather candidate information
Ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting the application process, handling communications, and coordinating interviews.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
3 years working experienced in recruitment role.
Experience with full cycle recruiting
Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Fluency in both Thai and English
Ability to work in a pressure and dynamic environment
