Technical Engineer IT Infrastructure

• Develop, improve, implement, maintain, and operate the technical IT infrastructure across the company group.
• Proactively monitor the IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and rectify problems and faults occurring in the IT infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve issues as 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• Contribute to the definition of standards, policies, and rules for IT infrastructure management.

• Collaborate closely with IT Cyber Security, external partners, and super users.
• Cooperate with all parts of the line organization to ensure seamless IT operations.

• Trustworthiness, ownership, teamwork, high technical affinity, and excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency at CEFRL level B2 / IELTS level 6 or better.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, hardware, storage, operating systems, virtualization, network devices, Wi-Fi, and IoT devices.

• Microsoft Operating System (Desktop/Server), Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware vCenter, HPE/Aruba network equipment, KACE/Quest, Active Directory, AirWatch/Intune, Cloud telephony.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, virtualization, network equipment, and IT security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
