• Analyze and interpret sales data to generate insights and performance reports.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports to track sales performance and business targets.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities based on data analysis.
• Calculate monthly sales commissions for employees based on sales performance and company policies.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of commission reports.
• Support internal teams by organizing and structuring data according to business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for various departments.
• Analyze market trends and competitor sales performance to support strategic planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing and sales strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, IT, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in data analysis, sales analysis, or business intelligence
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Advanced Formulas, Data Visualization)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working with sales data, commission calculation, or retail/consumer electronics industry (Preferred Qualification)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced data analytics tools (Preferred Qualification)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams (Preferred Qualification)
