• Assist in preparing lessons + creating a positive classroom environment
• Communicate with parents and update them on their child's progress
• Support children in building confidence, independence, and essential life skills
• Help with snack preparation, serving meals, and cleaning up after meals and activities.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the classroom, including sanitizing toys and materials regularly.
• Provide individualized support to children during activities, guiding them in using Montessori materials appropriately.

• Passionate about working with kids, patient, and full of positive energy
• Great communication skills & a team player
• Experience in Montessori or early childhood education is a big plus!
• At least 1 year of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and ability to engage with children of varying developmental levels.
• Adaptability to work across age groups (NIDO, Toddler, and CASA) and assist with caregiving tasks as needed.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
