Job Responsibilities
- To prepare and analyze financial statements - To oversee and analyze the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement - To prepare monthly & year-end financial statements from the ERP system - To re-check customer, supplier, fixed assets, and data entry before the month-year-end - To maintain and reconcile the General Ledger - To ensure tax compliance and stay updated with relevant tax laws - To analyze complex financial data and support informed decision-making - To identify and implement improvements to accounting systems and processes - To check and improve general systems and costing methods. - To drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting - At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting from any Manufacturing Industry - At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Higher Level with subordinates - Experience in setting up the Company and managing overall Accounting - Experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning & analysis, also monthly and yearly closing - Conversational High in English (Communicate with the Chinese report line, email, and other documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP or MRP systems - Able to handle 10,000+ transactions per month - Holds CPD License - Have a driving car license
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience in a Chinese Company - Conversational High Level in Chinese - Experience in SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
