- Analyze, prepare, and present short-term and long-term financial operational plans systematically.
- Propose financial liquidity management and budget estimates for various departments in line with company activities.
- Analyze investment plans for the feasibility of future company projects, and analyze the payback period and expected rate of return.
- Prepare and present short-term and long-term investment utilization plans to provide information for business decision-making to executives. Analyze and define financial strategies to compete within the same industry.Accounting and Tax Planning Department:
- Control and review the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and prepare accounting and financial analysis reports for presentation to executives.
- Control and review the company's cash receipts and disbursements by checking receipt issuance and accounting entries.
- Control the preparation of the company's budget and oversee budget utilization to ensure accuracy and adherence to the planned budget.
- Plan taxes, control, and prepare tax-related reports for submission to government agencies.Cost Accounting Department:
- Establish cost accounting systems and control the systems to achieve targets.
- Define the structure for calculating standard costs and actual costs.
- Review various related accounting entries.
- Analyze the efficiency of various aspects of the production process.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a CFO position and 10 years or more of experience in Finance / Accounting / Planning departments.
- Experience in IB (Investment Banking) or VC (Venture Capital) and good knowledge of Digital Transformation.
- Experience in IT, entertainment, advertising, marketing, or any related would be highly preferred
- CPA and CFA licenses will be given special consideration.
- Good interpersonal skills, logical thinking, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
