• Leading and managing execution of the project by coordinating with construction teams in reviewing, coordinating, controlling and following up works with contractors, suppliers in order to ensure that the construction works, procurement are in accordance with the objective of the project on time and on budget.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with owner representative and other project participants e.g., designers, contractors and suppliers for providing technical advice to ensure buildability and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Chair weekly progress meeting and issue minutes of meeting
• Review and approve construction programme in accordance with the project timeline
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings and combined drawings in accordance with the contractual drawings and specifications
• Monitor and assign tasks to the subordinates effectively achieve construction progress, quality assurance and quality control
• Prepare and issue site instruction, coordinate with quantity surveyor to identify variation order works, value of work done on site for payment to contractors and suppliers
• Coordinate with building management team as necessary for site safety and security
• Prepare project status reports by analyzing, summarizing information and trends, project risks and mitigation plan

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, architectural or related field
• More than 10 years in construction management experiences
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Teams or Zoom and Microsoft Project
• High responsibility, Multitask working and able to work under pressure, flexible working hours
• English will be an added advantage
• Shopping mall renovation works experiences will be an added advantage.
