Location: Bangkok, Thailand (with global remit, predominantly Asia)
Salary Package: GBP 80,000 (depending on experience, including Bonus) + Benefits

We require a number of Senior Management level Business Excellence / Business Transformation / Process Improvement / Lean Experts from the service sector (Financial Services, Banking, Professional Services, Management Consulting, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, Technology, Shared Service Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) or Lean Office etc…) to join our major global USA owned client from their flagship office in the CBD of Bangkok, Thailand.You will drive and manage large and complex business excellence and transformation programmes across countries, functions and Business Units and be integral to the in-house consulting team with a focus on achieving operational / business excellence.We welcome applications from highly energetic Business Excellence / Business Transformation / Operational Excellence / Lean / Process Improvement Expert professionals with experience of successfully delivering challenging projects in the service sector. You will be educated to degree level as a minimum. The position will have interaction at all levels of the organisation including C-Level, therefore some experience of senior level stakeholder management, coupled with excellent influencing, coaching and engagement skills is required.
