Production Supervisor

• Lead production operators to achieve production goals. Provide coaching, supervision, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain the skills and behaviors of production operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships among the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Take initiative and drive initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring long-term sustainability of operations.
• Initiate and develop the skills of crew members to enable multi-skilling, enhancing flexibility and efficiency within the team.
• Lead problem-solving efforts using analytical skills, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

• Any experience in management roles or supervision experience in heavy industry will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and work in shift rotation.
• Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and self-learning.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
