- Handle process of order with accuracy and timeless, Daily communicate with customer and overseas co-worker,
- Delivery management and follow up shipping document.
- Submit quotation , Handle orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.【Qualification】
- Age : 30 years old up
- Language : English
- Experience : Experience of Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry.【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social Security Fund, probation period of at least 1 month.
- Incentive allowance: 500 baht/month (for absences, leave, or lateness after 8:29 AM)
- Travel expenses from home to work (round trip)
**All transportation fares (except motorcycles)
**BTS, MRT, Airport Link
- Overtime pay, starting at 6:00 PM (cutoff date is the 20th of every month)After Probation
- Health/Life Insurance (OPD 1,800 baht/visit, 31 visits/year)
- Provident Fund (Employee voluntary contribution)
**3% deducted from salary, with the company contributing an additional 3% per month
- The company pays 500 baht per month for house rent (if renting, not owning).
- Company trips are available.
- Annual bonus based on supervisor evaluation and annual performance, minimum 1 month (paid at the end of the year).
- Salary increases annually in April.
