As a Sports Strategy & Commercial leader, you are the architect of sports' strategy by designing the short and long-term commercial roadmap for your sport category to conquer market share and drive sustainable growth across Thailand. You are a visionary who balances high-level strategy with a "hands-on" supervisory role to ensure seamless operations at retail practice.Responsibilities1. The Strategist: Market Mastery & Sustainable Growth
- Analyze & Adapt: Deep-dive into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor landscapes to detect growth opportunities.
- The 3-Year Vision: Write the commercial policy and 3-year multi-channel economic projections (Business Plan) for your sports.
- Sustainable Commerce: Lead the implementation of circularity-focused projects (e.g., Buyback, Second Life) to ensure our growth respects the planet.
- Pricing & Assortment: Define local pricing policies to ensure we have the right product at the right price.
- Network Animator: Train and mentor all store department managers across Thailand, ensuring they possess the "Propose the Right Equipment" (PRE) competency
- Seasonal Launch: Lead the "Business Season" launches and weekly commercial highlights for store teams.
- Collaborate: Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure stock availability and brand presence
- Forecast & Report: Manage sales performance indicators
- Action Oriented: When performance alerts arise, you don't just report—you build and lead cross-functional action plans to win.
- The Sporty Plus: You are passionate about the challenges of modern commerce and, above all, you are an active practitioner of your passion sports.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability to manage and present financial performance, combined with a strategic sense of "how to sell".
- Language: Professional proficiency in English and Thai.
- Mindset: A continuous learner who is "external world opening" and dares to challenge the status quo.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful retail sales experience, with a proven track record in functional or hierarchical management.
