- Owner of COMPANY's Private Label Business in SEA with Focus in Japan
- New Markets Development
- Budgeting and Forecasting Cycle
- Analysis and Reporting at Country Level
- New Product Development in line with current market trends, and customers' requests
- Strengthening strategic partnerships/alliance with local partners
- Business & Planning Cycles (Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly)
- Design and implement strategic annual Business plans with local partners to ensure delivery of
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics and translate them into actionable points
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of local partners
- PDCA Approach in conducing annual, quarterly, and monthly business reviews with partners to
- Setting routines with different work streams (both internal and external) to track progress, obtain
- Owner of New Product Development from initial conceptualization to commercial
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue and profit of the B2B Operations
- Monthly CPR Reporting
- University Degree; Fluent in both English and Japanese
- Ability to travel on a regular basis: Japan - Thailand - SEA
- F&B Industry ideally within a multicultural environment
