This is a Business Analyst APMEA role. As Business Analyst, support regional and county management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivers information on business activities. A strong candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, and the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-moving organization. This role requires someone who will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, and company leadership to analyze data, identify opportunities, formulate solutions to improve sellout and market share and drive them to completion with quality results. You will achieve this with close cooperation and alignment with teams in 4 territories spread across APMEA.What you'll do:
- Set guidelines & strategy for data collection at country level.
- Drive countries to collect different data - retailer data, promoter data, display data, etc.
- Create solution & systems for countries to proactively analyze data & take appropriate action.
- Develop routine reporting framework and dashboards for countries to provide business insights based on data performance.
- Manage and enhance the implementation of tracking and recording sales KPIs & reporting, preparing appropriate reports for management & business stakeholders.
- Use multiple data sources to analyze, track, interpret and make clear and concise recommendations on action plans for the Sales and Trade Ops teams to drive sell-out across all product categories.
- Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends and be able to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Download and maintain data from various internal systems and update worksheet databases.
- Design, normalize and maintain data dictionary, data model, and data integrity for retail.
- Create dashboards utilizing multiple sources of data for high-level reporting.
- Support operation team to prepare reports for KPI evaluation, sales, and marketing.
- Proactively participate in ad-hoc projects
- You should have a bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Other APAC Language knowledge would be a valuable addition.
- At least 3-5 years of Data & Analytics experience (e.g. in a consultancy, agency, or on the customer side) - ideally with a marketing/ e-commerce industry background
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, MS Power BI, QLIK, etc.
- Advanced MS Office skills, with distinct Excel. SQL expertise
- Business reporting system knowledge (i.e. SAP, Qlikview)
- Optional skills are a plus: Digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Coding: Python/R/JavaScript, Experience with data science projects
- Data-Driven - With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making and continuous improvement;
