Proactively identifies prospective leads, new project and/or business growth opportunities with prospective clients.
Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of clients business, industry, trends, and current situations.
Support team to develop strong relationships with new and existing client end-users by understanding their business needs; and by facilitating connections between key decision makers and business development team.
Support team on bidding, pricing, and submitting proposals for new clients/projects.
Account Management
Support team to oversee clients accounts. Ensure to receive first-hand client feedback and applies information to improve service.
Support team to manage operation of the projects to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain good relationship with clients and partners, ensure service delivered as targeted.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
0-1 year of experience as a business development, account management or related roles.
