Production Group Leader

• Ensuring that quality and volume targets are met.
• Creating and maintaining an environment of trust and appreciation, fostering team spirit.
• Planning and directing production activities based on work to lists and build plans.
• Monitoring and initiating action to reduce the cost of production.
• Ensuring team are working to work instructions provided by Engineering.
• Developing operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate problems.
• Promoting continuous improvement.
• Obtaining, and maintaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products ordered.
• Coordinating with all other departments to the benefit of the whole company.
• Ensuring subordinates follow the company's rules and procedures.
• Ensuring the employees work safely at all times, control and follow up the environment in the production.
• Assessing training needs and supporting employee training.
• Understanding the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operation procedures and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
• Conducting hearings to resolve or settle grievances.

• Ensuring the employees maintain the 5S, and housekeeping.
• Participating and promoting cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Environmental Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to IATF16949 systems.
• Complying with applicable SHE legal and other requirements.
• Being aware of:

• Importance of conformance with the AITH Environmental policy, KPI and Environment Management system.
• The significant environmental impacts of their operations and activities.
• Roles & responsibilities in achieving relevant procedures and emergency response requirements.
• Consequence of not doing the right things.
• Supporting the development and implementation of EMS ISO14001 and IATF16949 systems.
• Conforming to the organization of AITH Environment Management System.
• Implementing the internal auditing system.

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, preferably Mechanical.
• Able to communicate in English.
• At least five years experience in the Production supervisory.
• Proven teamwork and team-building skills.
• Evaporator/Heat Exchanger/Radiator experience.
• Aluminum (or other materials) brazing experience.
• Thin Sheet Aluminum Forming Experience.
• Any Leak testing experience with a spectrum analyzer.
