Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (Finance- Oracle) with deep expertise in the finance domain to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of complex financial products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, domain knowledge, and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into high-value product features.You will work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, UX, compliance, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant financial solutions.Key Responsibilities

Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance-related products
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
Translate complex financial, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and customer impact
Lead PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
Ensure alignment with financial regulations, compliance standards, and audit requirements
Collaborate with UX to ensure intuitive and compliant user experiences
Analyze product performance using KPIs, financial metrics, and customer feedback
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial processes and systems
Mentor junior product owners and contribute to product best practices

Requirements:Product & Agile

8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
Strong hands-on experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and multiple stakeholders
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams

Finance Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, such as:

Accounting & General Ledger
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Payments, Billing, Invoicing
Reconciliation & Reporting
Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory systems

Experience with financial regulations (SOX, IFRS, GAAP, PCI-DSS, etc.) is a plus

Technical & Analytical

Ability to work closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities
Leadership mindset with a customer-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Banking, FinTech, Insurance, or Financial SaaS
CSPO / SAFe PO / PMP certification
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Exposure to cloud-based financial platforms
