Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

• Develop and oversee financial planning and budgeting processes to support company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and support ongoing operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions for credit facilities and cash management solutions.
• Identify and execute strategies to optimize cash utilization and reduce borrowing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and advice on investment decisions.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and financial best practices to inform decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, cash management, and treasury functions.
• Knowledge of renewable energy or power sector financial operations is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
