Production Manager - Beverage Manufacturing (Khonkaen Based)

• Being responsible for overall aspects & production process of beverage products both glass bottle and PET bottle formats for the operation site at Khonkaen, Thailand.
• Overseeing the production processes, strategic planning and organizing production schedules, organizing manpower as well as the workflow to meet specifications and deadlines according to the guidelines of the supply chain excellent framework.
• Providing strategic & execution plans for production flow to achieve the highest level of production quality, cost efficiency and productivity.
• Liaising with different departments, including plant engineering, sales, marketing team, R&D team, quality team, and warehouse & logistics team.
• Ensuring the quality of the production process aligns with global operation standards.
• Supervising, and evaluating the performance of the production team and organising relevant training sessions.
• Handling other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology and related.
• Minimum 5 years experience in production line management from food & beverage manufacturing with experience or knowledge in automation production flow and system.
• Been experienced at the managerial level with an excellent understanding of food & beverage quality standards, especially for beverage & liquid drink products as well as health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and experience in a team-oriented environment is required.
• Knowledge of general automation machinery methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to the production line.
• Good English communication skills.
• Mature and must be able to manage an operation team.
• Excellent strategic thinking with good interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to be permanently based in Khonkaen province, Thailand.
