Lead the implementation of branch transformation initiatives in assigned branches.
Drive business performance through effective management of financial resources, risk management and credit control policies.
Support the development of strategic plans to achieve long-term growth for the Bank.
Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff on operational processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned branches, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards.
Implement branch transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and customer experience.
Oversee the provision of quality services to customers, including transactional accounts, loans, mortgages, deposits and investments.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, partners and community leaders.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of branch activities and performance.
Monitor economic trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in retail banking.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in implementing branch transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of digital banking technologies and innovation.
Proficiency in English language.
