Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with external parties will be key in building trustful relationships.Job Responsibilities:
Monitor all legal issues, ensuring the company's full legal rights and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics such as partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, labour law etc.
Conduct research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties including regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.
Maintain internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer active advice on possible legal issues.
Prepare and deliver corporate action(s) documents necessary to support the Company's business activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law is required.
At least 5 years of experience as a legal manager (preferably within the Aviation industry).
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Skilled in conducting legal research to support cases and decisions.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written is required.
Critical thinking skills along with self-motivation.
