-Mainly responsible for management of suppliers
₋Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and progress tracking
-Visit customers as route sales and perform needed coordination
₋Issue Purchase Orders (P/O) and manage related documentation
₋Monitor and follow up on delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment
₋Liaise with Japanese expatriates, Japan headquarters, and Chinese offices in Japanese
₋Prepare sales-related documents and reports in Japanese and English
₋Handle internal coordination with other departments
₋Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email or any other mean
₋Maintain and update customer and supplier information in the system
-Other tasks assigned or needed【Qualification】
-Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT certification not required)
-Experience in a sales coordination role at a trading or manufacturing company【Allowance & Benefit】
