Internal Audit Manager (Upcountry, 120K)

• Support global compliance efforts, including J-SOX documentation and testing.
• Evaluate internal controls and ensure adherence to policies and regulations across international operations.
• Assist in audit planning and risk assessment to enhance controls and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage audit fieldwork, including oversight of outsourced audit teams.
• Conduct internal audits and special reviews independently.
• Analyse and document audit findings with supporting evidence.
• Present audit results to senior management and recommend improvements.
• Perform follow-up reviews to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams across global locations.
• Stay updated with relevant regulations and standards in the FMCG industry.
• Support the team in fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years audit experience, preferably background working in Big 4 or internal audit experience in a reputable organisation
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in audit tools and financial systems.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Thai speaker with good English proficiency
• Open to relocate to work upcountry in Thailand
