We serve both domestic and international markets, delivering excellence from farm to fork.Job Responsibilities1. Production Operations Management
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities, especially seasoning and cracker lines, to meet output targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timeline.
Ensure all production activities are in full compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and internal gluten-free standards.
Monitor machine readiness, raw and packaging materials, and manpower allocation to avoid delays.
Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime or defects.
Promote and implement continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen in the production area.
2. Team Supervision and Leadership
Supervise and guide production staff to achieve daily goals and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching for production workers to enhance team skills and performance.
Act on behalf of the Production Manager when needed, including decision-making and reporting.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Planning to align production schedules with demand forecasts and material availability.
Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure product specifications and food safety compliance.
Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance issues and machine optimization.
Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review.
Monitor KPIs such as production yield, downtime, and efficiency, and propose improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external audits, including customer and certification body visits
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment; experience in seasoning or cracker production is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in GMP, HACCP, BRC, and gluten-free product standards.
Able to work under pressure, flexible with working hours, and willing to relocate to Chiang Rai.
Fluency in Thai and English is required; knowledge of Myanmar language is a plus.
