Job Responsibilities
This position is for construction management of air conditioning equipment in a manufacturing plant. - Construction plan preparation - Meetings with construction owners, developers, subcontractors, and other related parties - You will work primarily at the client's site. *Ayutthaya, Chonburi and Prachinburi are the main areas of clients *Project duration is up to 7 months for new construction and about 3 months for renovation work. *Apartment expenses are covered. - Process management - Quality control - On-site communication with Japanese clients - Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC construction management experience. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation - Conversational level of English - Flexible for relocation (Chonburi etc.)

ตำแหน่งนี้สำหรับการจัดการการก่อสร้างอุปกรณ์เครื่องปรับอากาศในโรงงานผลิต - การจัดทำแผนการก่อสร้าง - พบปะกับเจ้าของงานก่อสร้าง ผู้พัฒนา ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และผู้เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ - ทำงานที่ไซต์ของลูกค้าเป็นหลัก *อยุธยา ชลบุรี และปราจีนบุรีเป็นพื้นที่หลักของลูกค้า *ระยะเวลาโครงการสูงสุด 7 เดือนสำหรับการก่อสร้างใหม่ และประมาณ 3 เดือนสำหรับงานปรับปรุง *ครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายอพาร์ทเมนท์ - การจัดการกระบวนการ - ควบคุมคุณภาพ - การสื่อสารนอกสถานที่กับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในการบริหารงานก่อสร้าง HVAC - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ HVAC ระบบประปาและหรือการออกแบบเครื่องกลในโรงงานและการประมาณราคา - ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา - มีความยืดหยุ่นในการย้ายที่อยู่อาศัย (จังหวัดชลบุรี ฯลฯ)
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ
