About the CompanyOur client is a high-end Japanese restaurant.Job Responsibilities - Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room service, guest relations, and reservations.
- Ensure every guest receives experience consistent with luxury service standards.
- Supervise, train, and coach service staff (waitstaff, hosts, captains etc.) to maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination of service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations, resolve service-related issues promptly, and anticipate guest needs with a proactive mindset.
- Maintain a refined and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's identity and prestige.
- Analyze guest feedback, monitor performance metrics (e.g. service time, guest satisfaction scores), and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage reservations and floor plans to maximize seating efficiency without compromising guest comfort.
Experience requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within high-end, hotel or fine dining establishments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a team in a luxury service environment.
- Deep understanding of fine dining service protocols and international hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
