- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, preferably within a warehouse club, big-box retail, or membership-based business model.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain management, merchandising execution, and customer service principles.
- Proven track record of driving significant operational improvements and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the financial impact of operational decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.
